As a HR Advisor at SGS, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and case management. You will be responsible for managing employee relations and performance management, conducting investigations into employee complaints, and staying updated with employment laws and regulations and HR best practice.

We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional who is skilled in data analysis for management insights and has a strong understanding of employee relations and case management. If you are passionate about HR and want to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.
