As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Business as Usual (BAU) procedures and controls to drive our continued success.

About the Team:

The B2B Performance and Contract Management team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our B2B and Microtricity portfolio, in line with our Profit and Loss (P&L) expectations. We achieve this through implementing best practice contract and performance management, building a framework to assess and prioritize risk areas across our end-to-end business processes, and shaping/leading a suite of project activity focused on relevant improvement opportunities.

About the Job:

You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve and implement consistent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and governance procedures, ensuring a clear line of sight from financial performance through to operational drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize quality and compliance performance through improving BAU assurance and auditing procedures
  • Support and upskill managers on how to lead effective governance and use performance metrics to facilitate structured decision-making
  • Continuously monitor B2B and Microtricity KPIs to ensure delivery to targets and regulatory obligations, making recommendations regarding performance and operational effectiveness
  • Deliver contract management projects through effective programme management practices, including establishing and leading cross-functional teams and leading and facilitating appropriate governance
  • Build and lead a small team dedicated to contract management and performance improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management and performance improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with business financial measures
  • Proven experience in scoping and delivering multi-workstream contract management or performance improvement projects, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence

What We Offer:

  • Healthcare plan, life assurance, and generous pension contribution
  • Hybrid working
  • Various company discounts (including shops, gym, days out, and events)
  • Holiday of 25 days (plus bank holidays) and ability to buy/sell days
  • Cycle to work scheme, car pooling, and onsite parking available
