Job Title

A high-performing Field Sales Team leader is required to join a leading UK Retailer, covering the entire UK territory. The ideal candidate will have experience managing sales teams and developing key strategic partnerships.

This field-based role involves overseeing a team of sales operatives, developing sales strategies, and executing business growth initiatives. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing a team of Field Sales Operatives.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies relative to each designated territory.
  • Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and team KPI's.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A car allowance and lucrative commission package are also included.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven work experience as a national sales manager.
  • Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
