About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Estates Management Team at CBRE as an Administrative Services Associate. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, managing day-to-day tasks, data, and documentation. You will also work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the estate management inbox and helpdesk
  • Oversee inspection requests and access management
  • Deal with post-related issues and queries
  • Manage the dashboard for key documents and reports
  • Xmas holiday tracker and folder management
  • Liaise with teams on meetings, workshops, and event planning
  • Prepare meeting packs, minutes, and house lists
Requirements:
  • Proactive and highly organized individual
  • Excellent communication and client skills
  • Familiarity with commercial leases and property databases
  • Experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
