Job Title: Environmental Services Associate

We are seeking a motivated Environmental Services Associate to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As an Environmental Services Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of residential properties. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and remove trash and waste materials from these properties, following proper disposal procedures and regulations.

This role requires strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. You must also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role. In addition to a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, we offer net 7 pay, cover all costs of materials, and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and remove trash and waste materials from residential properties
  • Follow proper disposal procedures and regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of trash removal equipment and tools
  • Communicate effectively with account managers and dispatchers
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Work efficiently and independently to complete assigned tasks
  • Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in trash removal or related field is preferred
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
