Claims Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Claims Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the optimisation of our claims function. As a Claims Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business processes and best practices, working closely with claims colleagues across our Group and Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document claims requirements across multiple projects and initiatives
- Review and assess data flows, data capture, and data information across claims departments
- Develop strong working relationships across the claims function and work closely with key stakeholders to understand current ways of working
- Develop and document 'as is' and 'to be' processes and assist in steering the business through changes
- Articulate complexity in simple terms to facilitate quick understanding and decision-making from key stakeholders
- Produce high-quality deliverables such as requirements specifications, process maps, and stakeholder presentations
- Support the successful delivery of claims optimisation projects and initiatives
