Claims Business Analyst

I'm currently partnering with Hanson Lee, an award-winning Global Insurance Services and Software provider, as they expand their team.
The role will focus on working with key stakeholders to document and define the interactions (message flow and data) to enable claims handling orchestration for peer-to-peer, co-insurance, and claims agreements for follower schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, track, and translate these interactions into detailed messaging requirements (data and message flow at key stages of the agreement process).
- Assist in the development of other business analysts' understanding of the claims process.
- Research, analyze, and summarize requirements to make recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external committees.
- Develop and/or review documentation relating to the claims process and maintain accordingly.
- Drive design and review of use cases and standard enhancement requests relating to claims.
- Work in conjunction with other business analysts, develop walkthroughs, and sign offs.
- Facilitate communication verbally, in writing, and through visual presentations.
