About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing support to our Channel Marketing Manager and maintaining the day-to-day activities and marketing requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Channel Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing campaigns across B2C/B2B channels, delivering against clear objectives, on time and on budget.
  • Manage the MDF Database and constantly review and work on structural improvements in conjunction with the Finance team.
  • Coordinate and manage strategic channel customer requests for marketing materials and communications, maintaining file sharing platforms and using best practice examples wherever possible.
  • Support the Channel Marketing Manager with material and ideas in relation to internal webinars and presentations, liaising with key stakeholders within the business.
  • Monitor key account websites for activity, review POE, and report back to the Channel Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.
  • Identify gaps and promotional opportunities in key accounts and suggest relevant actions to be worked on, in collaboration with the Channel Marketing Manager and local sales managers.
  • Work with the Channel Marketing Manager and local sales managers to obtain visual assets and proofs from all key partner accounts in relation to their allocated MDF spend.
  • Support the execution of in-market events and coordinate the EMEA Event Calendar, ensuring full visibility for all key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across all internal functions when necessary.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' comparable experience in a similar channel marketing role, preferably in the IT, CES, or FMCG industry.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to work to tight deadlines while also working within an agreed budget.
  • Proven track record of executing effective channel marketing and best practice.
  • Ability to present project recommendations and influence the EMEA marketing and sales teams.
  • Planning/organization skills, ability to make decisions, and solve problems, with the ability to seek out and optimize Targus information sources outside of the Marketing team when needed.
  • Proficiency in PPT and Excel is a must, knowledge of marketing principles desirable.
  • MDF budget and management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and written English.
