Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing support to our Channel Marketing Manager in creating and delivering channel marketing materials, database maintenance, and account-specific communication and action plans across the B2C/B2B channel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Channel Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns across B2C/B2B channels, delivering against clear objectives, on time and on budget.
  2. Manage the MDF database and constantly review and work on structural improvements in conjunction with the Finance team.
  3. Coordinate and manage strategic channel customer requests for marketing materials and communications, maintaining file sharing platforms and utilizing best practice examples.
  4. Support the Channel Marketing Manager with material and ideas for internal webinars and presentations, liaising with key stakeholders within the business.
  5. Monitor key account websites for activity, review POE, and report back to the Channel Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.
  6. Identify gaps and promotional opportunities in key accounts and suggest relevant actions to be worked on with the Channel Marketing Manager.
  7. Work with the Channel Marketing Manager and local sales managers to obtain visual assets and proofs from key partner accounts in relation to their allocated MDF spend.
  8. Support the execution of in-market events and coordinate the EMEA Event Calendar with full visibility for all key stakeholders.
  9. Liaise with key stakeholders across all internal functions when necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' comparable experience in a similar channel marketing role, preferably in the IT, CES, or FMCG industry.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines while staying within an agreed budget.
  • Proven track record of executing effective channel marketing and best practices.
  • Ability to present project recommendations and influence the EMEA marketing and sales teams.
  • Planning and organization skills, with the ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in PPT and Excel is a must, with knowledge of marketing principles desirable.
  • MDF budget and management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and written English.
