About the Role

Targus, a leading provider of mobile solutions, is seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Channel Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Channel Marketing Manager: Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget.
  2. Manage MDF Database: Oversee the management of the MDF database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and working closely with the Finance team to improve database structure.
  3. Coordinate Channel Customer Requests: Manage and coordinate requests from channel customers for marketing materials and communications, maintaining file sharing platforms and best practices.
  4. Support Internal Webinars and Presentations: Assist the Channel Marketing Manager in developing materials and ideas for internal webinars and presentations, liaising with key stakeholders within the business.
  5. Monitor Key Account Websites: Regularly review key account websites for activity, analyze POE, and report back to the Channel Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.
  6. Identify Gaps and Promotional Opportunities: Work with the Channel Marketing Manager to identify gaps and promotional opportunities in key accounts, suggesting relevant actions to be taken.
  7. Support Event Execution: Assist in the execution of in-market events, coordinating the EMEA Event Calendar with full visibility for all key stakeholders.
  8. Liaise with Internal Functions: Collaborate with key stakeholders across internal functions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree educated in a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years' comparable experience required in a similar channel marketing role, preferably in the IT, CES, or FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of executing effective channel marketing and best practices, proficiency in PPT and Excel, and excellent communication skills and written English.
  • Core Competencies: Positive attitude, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong administration, organizational, and planning skills.
