We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing a high-performing BDM function.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and growing high-performing teams, ideally in high-end technology sales environments. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new prospects, converting them into key accounts, and ensuring existing customers are fully supported.

In this role, you will achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and nurturing the sales team. You will also present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and accurate forecasts from PowerBI to the management team.

You will be responsible for managing the teams' diaries, assisting in overall time management, and reporting progress and/or concerns regarding the team to the Head of Sales. You will also ensure that behaviours are in line with our values and address any concerns.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45k with uncapped OTE of £80k - £90k. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be inspired to achieve brilliant things and make a real difference to the future of our business.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong business sense and industry expertise. You will have excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills, as well as a natural ability to build rapport and trust with the team.
