We are recruiting for an experienced senior manager to join a busy, fast paced and ever growing technology company in the Shoreham area. The role will be Head of Sales Operations, which will own the development and stabilisation of the sales operations function including the Order Processing and Lead to Order teams.

As the Head of Sales Operations you will:

- Manage the Sales Operations Team that process sales orders, ensuring all orders are processed within the agreed timescales accurately and to meet or exceed the defined targets
- Be accountable for the order processing process owning a continuous improvement programme so that the order processing function continues to evolve. This is to include how workload can be moved away from the sales teams and into the sales operations team
- Own and manage the integration of all sales order processing teams into a single team
- Own a continuous improvement programme for customer quotations so that the experience for customers and internal teams is enhanced, putting in place a process to measure the improvement
- Work with the sales leadership to enable the highest level of quotation quality, minimising errors and issues
- Build effective relationships with sales and operations leaders to improve the quality and speed of sales proposals through collating, compiling and centralising responses for standard Request For Proposals

This exciting opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Manager with a proven record of managing and transforming sales operations teams and sales support teams with strong experience in driving continuous improvement.
