Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase ledger duties, including checking and matching purchase orders, delivery dockets, and invoices, as well as reconciling supplier statements.
  • Prepare payment proposals using internet banking and update approved supplier and subcontractor records.
  • Administer and reconcile the company credit card accounts and internal recharging using nominal ledger journals.
  • Support the Accounts Supervisor with petty cash and banking, and maintain and update property database and produce rent demands.
  • Assist with the preparation of year-end data.
