Key Responsibilities:- Process purchase ledger duties, including checking and matching purchase orders, delivery dockets, and invoices, as well as reconciling supplier statements.
- Prepare payment proposals using internet banking and update approved supplier and subcontractor records.
- Administer and reconcile the company credit card accounts and internal recharging using nominal ledger journals.
- Support the Accounts Supervisor with petty cash and banking, and maintain and update property database and produce rent demands.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end data.
To succeed as an Accounts Clerk at MorePeople, you will need:
- Essential skills and experience include understanding of Purchase Ledger, handling high volumes of invoices with accuracy, attention to detail, and VAT filing experience.
