Night Time Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Night Care Assistant to lead a team of care assistants and support the clinical team. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring your team, supporting medication, assessments, and care reviews, and contributing to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with the elderly and their families. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with the clinical team and build relationships with our residents.

Benefits
