About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loans Servicing Account Manager to join our ambitious financial services organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of our customers' accounts, including breaches of conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a customer liaison expert for a portfolio of cases, communicating with customers on loans to ensure redemption is on track
  • Help customers with the ongoing management of their account, including breaches of conditions
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support and solutions, as well as exploring forbearance
  • Answer incoming telephone, letter and email queries, providing positive customer service
  • Proactively contacting customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan, ensuring full collections, redemptions and default loans policy is met
  • Prepare and review redemption statements
  • Manage a portfolio of customers through the arrears and breaches lifecycle, including receivership or legal repossession processes and complex litigation cases
  • Monthly reporting and assisting with audits
  • Adhere to internal customer service policies and regulatory requirements, FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime and Data Protection
Requirements
  • A background within bridging loans
  • Experience in servicing, including arrears and collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and support customers
  • Ability to prioritise, take initiative, and work to deadlines
