Job Overview

An Enterprise Account Executive leads the strategic business growth for existing customers across their assigned territories. They partner with Business Development Representatives to identify target markets and verticals while directing outbound prospecting efforts.

The EAE works closely with potential and existing customers to create business value across multiple personas, driving sales opportunities. They collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of existing customers across your assigned territory.
  • Develop a territory plan focusing on expansion, growth, and net new opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with target accounts and build new champions through strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Negotiate complex deals that benefit both parties.
  • Provide expert advice to large, strategic customers, increasing adoption and success.
  • Travel occasionally (1-3 weeks a quarter recommended).
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in tech/SaaS.
  • A proven track record of success meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Sales experience in enterprise software.
  • Project management skills for complex sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of cloud applications and complex SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling expertise.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Great Lakes/Midwest region based.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, dependent on experience, with potential for increases based on performance.
