**Job Description:**
The role of a Private Client Secretary is to provide administrative support to clients. This includes preparing correspondence, administering filing, preparing mail, making appointments, and attending clients. The secretary must also be able to copy type, format complex documents, and ensure compliance with money laundering regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Preparing correspondence and documents through audio, copy typing and laser forms.
- Administering filing in correct dated order and on a timely basis.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch.
- Making appointments, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and maintaining an up-to-date diary.
- Attending clients in person and on the telephone.
- Ensuring telephone calls are answered promptly and messages are passed accurately.
- Carrying out file opening procedures and copy typing of documents.
- Ensuring correct procedures for storage and sending of client deeds and documents.
- Ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Experience in audio and copy typing.
- Excellent communication skills.
