Due to changes in the administration of Malton hospital OPD, there is now a Administrative Assistant post to assist in the administration and day to day planning in OPD.

Due to the nature of the post the post holder will need to have good administrative and computer skills, excellent personnel skills and adaptability. You would be given full training and support.

You will be responsible for keeping clinical data updated such as changes in clinics and room planning. You would be expected to work under your own initiative and be able to prioritise your work schedule, compiling a room planner and helping the smooth running of OPD alongside the clinical staff.

You would need to be able to work at least 4 days a week.

Room Planning

Clinic planning ( with clinical staff)

Reporting IT and facility problems

Helping new clinical staff understand IT issues.

Helping develop services from the administrative view point.
