**Key Responsibilities**:
**General Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.

**Calendar Management**: Manage and update calendars for appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking rooms and arranging catering as needed.

**Document Management**: Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy files. Ensure documents are properly filed, labelled, and archived for easy retrieval.

**Office Supplies and Equipment**: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed. Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment.

**Meeting Support**:Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute materials. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

**Ad Hoc Tasks**:Provide support to colleagues and managers with miscellaneous tasks as required. Assisting Onboarding Team during busy periods. Provide reception cover as and when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
