Office Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the office to ensure smooth operations
- Answer incoming calls and handle client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring seamless coordination
- Maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (phone-based experience is desirable)
- A keen interest in property and the housing market
- Knowledge of the local area will be an advantage
- Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential. Training will be provided for the right person
