About The Role
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
Location: Corporate Environment
Vacancy Type: Permanent Part-Time
Hours Per Week: 27.5
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 12:30 and/or 12:30 to 18:00
You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive high-profile visitors and ensure efficient processing to minimize delays in meeting their host or attending their meeting.
- Maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Provide accurate and concise information to visitors in a timely and friendly manner.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- A professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and strong team-working skills.
