About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest receives a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel and local area, making recommendations and providing information to guests as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
