Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Manage cash flow, including maintenance of sterling and foreign currency cash books, performing bank reconciliations, and petty cash records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
