About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic Finance team at END.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process purchase invoices in accordance with company authorisation procedures.
  2. Manage supplier payments in line with strict company KPIs.
  3. Monitor and administer pro-forma payments.
  4. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure a clean purchase ledger.
  5. Respond to supplier and internal customer queries.
  6. Contribute to process improvements by being proactive during daily tasks.
  7. Provide GRNI and creditor reporting.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment.
  2. Knowledge of VAT treatment of invoices.
  3. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Word, with excellent written and spoken English.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience working with foreign currency and international suppliers.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Desirable: experience with stock accounting.
