Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recharge processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and supporting functional Operations teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly actuals reporting, including journal preparation and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely invoicing and data submission
  • Implement process improvements and automation using SAP and HFM
  • Develop and maintain how-to guides and task lists
  • Participate in special projects as required
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified finance professional with:

  • AAT qualification or equivalent degree
  • Experience working in accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP and HFM
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-finance personnel
