Accounts Payable Administrator Job Description

END. is a leading technology retailer offering luxury and contemporary apparel to a global audience. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process purchase invoices following company authorisation procedures.
  2. Monitor and administer pro-forma payments.
  3. Manage supplier statements to ensure a reconciled clean purchase ledger.
  4. Proactively deal with supplier and internal customer queries.
  5. Be proactive in daily tasks to support process improvements.
  6. Provide timely and accurate GRNI & creditor reporting.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment.
  2. Experience in VAT treatment of invoices.
  3. Highly numerate with excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Word.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience working with foreign currency and international suppliers.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
