Accounts Payable Clerk

Key Responsibilities- Process purchase invoices in accordance with company authorisation procedures.
- Monitor and administer pro-forma payments to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.
- Manage supplier statements to maintain a reconciled and clean purchase ledger.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
- Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with experience of working with foreign currency and international suppliers.
