Accounts Payable Administrator

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase invoices in accordance with company authorisation procedures.
  • Monitor and administer pro-forma payments to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.
  • Manage supplier statements to maintain a reconciled and clean purchase ledger.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with experience of working with foreign currency and international suppliers.
