About the Role

Job Description
  • Deliver expert guidance on employee relations processes, providing coaching and training to managers and leaders
  • Manage sickness absence, collaborating with occupational health professionals to develop adjustments and solutions
  • Monitor and address absence trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce absenteeism
  • Develop tools and training materials for proactive service and manager upskilling, enhancing employee experience and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risk and promoting a positive workplace culture
Requirements
  • A confident individual with exceptional communication skills, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting a business with complex employee relation cases, including performance management
