A Social Care Position at Autism Initiatives
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, working alongside individuals with autism in a range of activities. You will work on a rota basis, including unsociable hours and weekends.
The role is subject to an enhanced Access NI check. We offer an excellent salary, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlements, as well as additional benefits such as paid annual leave and birthday off work every year. The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
You will support people with autism in developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities. This includes driving the people we support in their own vehicles, so you must hold a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle held for at least one year.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have working, voluntary or personal knowledge of providing care and/or support. NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment is essential.
It is desirable to have a full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle held for at least one year, but not essential.
