VANRATH is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our client's HR function. This role provides administrative support to the HR team and requires the successful candidate to have 1+ years of Human Resource experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Administer all HR processes, including sickness and maternity leave
- Maintain and update employee records
- Issue contractual amendments as required
Requirements:
1+ years of Human Resource experience
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with NI employment legislation
Salary: £27,500 per annum
