Administrative HR Professional

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines administrative and HR expertise? As a Administrative HR Professional, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR function at Artemis Human Capital in Northern Ireland. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing employee records, and assisting with recruitment processes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR support or administration, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across all HR activities
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate data
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support employee relations, including handling queries and preparing documentation
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £25,500 - £27,000 per annum
