- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes

- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide support for benefits-related inquiries
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing guidance to managers
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Taleo, PeopleSoft) and MS Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
