Trainee Administrator

This position will suit individuals who have excellent attention to detail, an ability to multitask, a proficiency in Microsoft Office and who possess excellent communication skills.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**(Training provided)**
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintaining & updating administrative systems
- Assisting in arranging assessments, interviews and training
- Compiling daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Helping advertise job vacancies on a range of mediums including social media platforms
- Communicating effectively with the recruitment team and managers
- Communicating information daily to workers on assignment
- Handling some basic payroll duties
- Other recruitment related administration
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including a confident telephone manner
- Be proactive and keen to learn
- Must be flexible and have a hands-on approach to dealing with issues
- Complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Be able to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Be a systematic organiser with excellent administration skills
- Be competent in current social media platforms
**Essential Criteria**:
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Have the ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams;
- Professional appearance and manner
- Professional integrity and an ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £10.42 per hour
