Our Team
Our global litigation team is one of the largest and most respected in the world. We have been commended by The Times for our leading commercial disputes practice in England & Wales. Our London Commercial Disputes team is highly ranked in Chambers, The Legal 500, and Global Arbitration Review, acting on some of the largest and most complex disputes in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your workload and support the team/department objectives in delivering a high standard of work.
- Co-ordinate legal matters from initiation to closure.
- Create and deliver billing to some of the firm's largest and most complex global clients.
- Proactively drive financial hygiene by guiding fee earners, partners, and secretaries on the billing of WIP/disbursements and client debt status.
- Provide a first-class client service to both the client and all key stakeholders across the Eversheds-Sutherland network.
Requirements:
- Excellent technical skills and legal analysis.
- A Finance (AP/Billing/Revenue Control) background would be preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
- Excellent academic qualifications from a reputable training institution.
- Extensive experience of English court procedures, and preferably also international arbitration.
