About the Role

identifi Global Resources is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to manage the initial stages of the sales funnel across all business lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, booking meetings for senior sales professionals, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with prospecting efforts.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and other methods to identify potential leads.
  • Research and qualify potential leads based on their business needs, ensuring they align with the company's services.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales professionals, ensuring they are well-prepared with relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.

Key Deliverables:

  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Ensure all scheduled meetings and calls are organized with qualified prospects.
  • Contribute to an increase in the number of meetings and engagements for senior sales staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
