**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Adult Services Professional to join our specialist team. In this role, you will provide high-level support to adults in crisis, working closely with colleagues to create safe environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults in residential settings or their own homes, confidence in working with colleagues during heightened behaviors, and the ability to use de-escalation techniques to keep individuals safe.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support with activities, appointments, and family contact, as well as accurate reporting and information to support care plans and goals.

**What We Offer**

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive excellent communication and support from your Randstad local specialist team, access to training for professional development, and the opportunity to use your specialist experience and skills.
