About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Consultant General Adult Psychiatry to join our team at Midpark Hospital in Dumfries. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and have experience working in a similar role in the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing psychiatric services to adults within the community and inpatient settings.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to the education and training of junior medical staff.
