About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Practitioner at Turning Point Scotland. As a dedicated Support Professional, you will provide individualized support to each person, engaging them with their hobbies and interests to empower individuals to develop skills and independence.

We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to using their skills to support people to live their best lives. Flexibility to work on a rota is essential.

You will be supported by an incredibly approachable management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge while developing new skills.

Our Support Practitioner role includes:

  • Providing individualized support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others as part of a team.
  • Supporting individuals within the community and engaging with their hobbies and interests, promoting their overall growth.
  • Attending various community groups and accompanying our service users to attend activities they are passionate about.

The salary for this position is £23,450 - £24,514 per year, plus an additional £12.19 per hour for sleepover shifts. If there is a requirement for sleepover shifts, you will receive an additional £96 for every sleepover shift you work.
