About the Role:
  • Provide essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Assist customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Promote independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • A creative and flexible approach to working with customers and their families.
  • Personal care experience is a plus, but not essential—your compassion and dedication are what truly matter.
