Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and activities.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. This may include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and participating in leisure activities.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with personal care, medication administration, and leisure activities
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and promote a positive living environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- A flexible approach to working hours, with a willingness to participate in shift work and on-call duties
