Job Summary:

The role of Senior Healthcare Support Worker within our Mental Health Liaison Service requires a proactive and forward-thinking individual to provide high standards of patient-centred care and interventions for those with mental health problems.

Working within a Nurse Led Team, you will collaborate with the NHS Education for Scotland Healthcare Support Worker Framework, demonstrating clinical skills, leadership, and service improvement.

You will develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients and partner services, utilising excellent communication skills.

The role involves shift work, including evenings and weekends, and supporting the Escort Nurse On Call Service.
