Care Assistant Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- To provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- To maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Salary Information
The salary for this position is approximately £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
