Adult Service Practitioner

**About the Role:**
As an Adult Service Practitioner with Turning Point Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to live their best lives. Your primary responsibilities will include providing individualized support to adults in a residential setting, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
You will accompany service users on trips and outings, engaging with their hobbies and interests, and promoting their overall growth. This role requires genuine commitment to supporting people to live their best lives and ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,500 per year (dependent on experience). In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive an additional £120 for every sleepover shift worked. This role requires flexibility to work on a rota, including sleepovers.
