Support Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in a residential setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualised support to adults, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to adults in a residential setting, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
- Support individuals within the community, engaging with their hobbies and interests, and promoting their growth and development.
- Accompany service users on trips and outings, such as cinema visits, swimming sessions, and holidays.
Salary and Benefits:
£23,450 - £24,514 per year (dependent on experience). On top of your hourly rate, you will receive an additional £96 for every sleepover shift worked.
