Care Home Nursing Opportunity

Barchester Healthcare Ltd is a leading provider of care services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement individualised care plans for residents
  • Provide medical care and administer medication safely
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
