About the role:

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal times, ensuring residents have access to nutritious food and drinks.
  • Follow care plans and deliver person-centred care that prioritises each resident's needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a residential or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • A can-do approach and willingness to learn and develop your skills.
