About the Job

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you'll provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits to support your well-being, including free uniform and equipment, paid breaks and time off, and access to our employee assistance program.
