Community Care Specialist

As a Community Care Specialist with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in their own homes in the community.
The role involves providing person-centred care and support, including assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication and personal care. You will also support individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends and encourage them to participate in activities and hobbies.
Our team works together to provide 24/7 support, ensuring that individuals receive the care and support they need at all times. We offer a range of benefits including TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance, continuous in-house training opportunities and chances to further your career in social care.
