About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to embark on an emotionally rewarding journey as a Support Practitioner at Turning Point Scotland. As a member of our team, you will provide individualised support to each person, helping them develop skills and independence. Key Responsibilities

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £12.19 - £12.74 per hour, rising to £12.43 per hour in your first year of service. Our benefits package includes 35 holiday/public holidays days' year, comprehensive induction, and access to 123 learning and development courses. We also offer a pension scheme with employer contribution 4% and a wide range of family-friendly policies.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £23,000 based on a 30-hour workweek and 50 weeks of work per year.
