We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Away Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading by example and motivating a team of F&B assistants to provide exceptional service to our guests in our busy bar and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of F&B assistants to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to control food stock, minimize wastage, and manage cleaning and other costs sensibly.
  • Deal with customer complaints and manage performance within your team.
  • Help build a motivated team of F&B assistants who take pride in delivering exceptional service, even in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of driving revenue and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • A champion of delivering excellence in customer service, with evidence of previous successes.
  • Preferably a level 2 hygiene certificate, but we can provide training on site.
